Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us and we will review the case.

3. Third-party purchases

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, app store, or payment partner, that provider's refund policy applies.

4. How to request a refund

Send your request to support@brofty.com with your purchase email, order reference, and reason for the request.

5. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
